Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Non-Returnable Items Custom racing suits and other personalized products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a mistake by the manufacturer. If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Exchanges The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at strongracewear@gmail.com.
